Alaina Keller is currently a doctoral student in the Theology and Religious Studies program at Georgetown University, holding an MTS degree from the Candler School of Theology. Her primary area of interest involves Buddhist-Christian comparative theology and its capacity to enable learning across religious boundaries, particularly focusing on how such learning emerges from comparing Christian Mariology and understandings of Kannon in Japanese Buddhism.
